The Opportunity

We’re looking for a skilled product designer in Copenhagen with a background in a product company. Within a wider product design team, you’ll work closely with a small group of other great product designers on various key features across the Peakon platform and mobile apps. You’ll get to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams made up of engineers, product managers, UX researchers, data scientists, and more. Together with your cross-functional partners, you’ll help drive the design process and shape a shared understanding of the problem space.

The teams are split across multiple locations so processes are optimized for remote work and we encourage flexible working.

Besides a great eye for UI design, general UX skills, an understanding of how to sketch, wireframe, test, and iterate designs and ideas in a lean way is crucial. Overall, the most important thing is that you have a strong interest in what you do and have a willingness to learn new skills.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant work experience, preferably working with a B2B SaaS company
• BA in design or comparable work experience
• Previous work experience in small multidisciplinary teams
• Strong collaborator and communicator
• Ability to align people to foster empathy with the user and focus on goals

• Skillful product thinker. You will own the user experience on your team.
• Analytical approach. Familiarity with working with UX Researchers and/or integrating user research into your design process.
• Familiarity with designs for mobile devices. Even better if you have experience with native apps.
• You have a strong understanding of and experience in the early stages of the design process.
